Domestic Battery
My 13 yr old daughter was arrested for domestic battery against me in FL. What can I do to make sure that the judge will not send her home? This is her 1st offense but I am fearful of my life.

Show up to the hearing and testify to the fact that you are in fear of your life in you are. Ask the prosecutors office to put you in touch with Victim's Services.
