i find me a lawyer and did all the paper work but my fomer boyfriend have not just went to the vict. office to file papers saying that he wanna throw the case out.... do he still need to signs paper or not

What kind of case is it? Child support? Eviction? If he doesn't answer, you get a default, which is like winning automatically. If he files papers to throw the case out, you'll have to set his motion in front of the judge.
