Re: domestic violence property confiscation
Whether associated with a criminal charge or a domestic violence injunction, a law enforcement agency that has seized your firearms and ammunition will require a court order authorizing the return of such property. A lawyer, or defendant/respondent proceeding pro se can seek and obtain such an order from the Court.
