Domestic Violence/Disbarred attorney

Volusia county,18 months ago my wife took our son without my or my large family's knowledge back to Fla.She is on 150mg zoloft a day,years of ups & downs etc.I found her & picked up our son.She claimed I pushed her out of the way.She scratched me and took my key's from me.No hitting.My brother was there.The next day she dropped all charges,then the state ran with them.my 1st court I won on failure to appear/case dismised.7 months later I won custody in Va.I retained an attorney who stood me up/forgot to go/disbarred once/late/forgot to tell me it was moved,etc.6 out of state trips to court and all my money I'm faced with a public definder & a crapy plea.I have no record,and hold jobs requiring clean records.The judge would not here me without council,I tried ! My pre-trail is this monday at 8:30.

You can either go with the pd or hire counsel. Please call my office if you are interested in retaining counsel. It happens I will be in Volusia on Monday.
