Domestic Volience Battery
I was arrested Aug for Domestic Volience pleaded not guilty my husband did not press charges but state did strike or touch with a brush he had a little blood on his forhead no need to go to hospital bandaid.. self defense.. I am going jury trial Jan 24th 29th what should I do to prove myself and what am I facing?
