Don Waggoner Don Waggoner Law, P.A.

Aggravated Battery is a level 7 crime-56 points; The othet 2 are misdemeanors and carry .2 pt each for a total of 56.4 points. Minus 28=28.4; x .75=21.3. So he could get a minimum of 21.3 months in prison, unless he is able to negotiate a lower sentence. Why he is still in jail, I do not know. You need to hire an attorney or talk to his present attorney and get a bond hearing. If he has no history, he should be able to get a bond. If he is a juvenile, you have to get him before the juvenile judge.
