Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

WHAT TO DO????

On Fri 12/21/2018 evening I gave a ride to David to go by his wife or girlfriends house and he thought he seen someone there when his lady was at work so he assumed it was the 17 or 18 yr old boy his lady ran off for being there with their 16 yr old daughter my boyfriend Christopher English let David Russ out and put his jacket on and went to the door way I wasn't really paying to much attention because we have been to that house multiple times to bring David there or to tell Stacy happy birthday we have all hung out with each other so he had permission i would figure. So the times i looked up from the phone i seen Chris standing at the door with his hat that looks like it has leaves on it. Nothing was taking and his 16 yr old daughter called and pressed charges the mother Stacy butler refused to write a statement and i have messages between her and I. Below I will share them. the other paragraphs are things I said about what happened to family and all..

I sent to his Family-

I wrote a statement that clearly said David asked for a ride. I said Chris walked up to the door way and waited for David to come out then we left I also said we figured he was allowed to be there because we dropped him off there and we all hung out and Stacy never said don't bring him there or that we weren't allowed there. I also said I really wasn't paying to much attention cause we have been there before. and i figured we was ok. The cop said he didn't believe my story and we will let the judge to decided and I can be charged with rekindling my statement which I was like I understand but I will tell the same story cause its the truth..

WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CASH TO SPARE WITH IT BEING CHRISTMAS BUT THIS ARREST WAS BOGUS.. WE NEED HELP AND I DONT KNOW WHO TO TURN TO BUT THE ATTORNYS HERE MAYBE GET HELP.

I should stress to you first that you should not post such information on a public forum like this. Prosecutors and others can see this information and could potentially be used against Witnesses and the defendant later on. You really need to talk to an attorney. Since you said you cannot afford one you would be entitled to a public defender. Talk to the public defender as soon as you can to see what they can do to help out in your situation.
