Dose fl have a manditory sentence for[sell within 1000 ft of business conveyance ?

The 1000 feet from a business doesn't mean anything unless it's a school or church. Mandatory sentences come up when it reaches a certain amount. It depends on the drug as to the amount. Just as an example, 4 grams of Oxycodone is a mandatory minimum of 3 years prison. Cocaine, heroin, marijuana, all have different amounts to trigger the mandatory minimum.
