Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My driver's license is revoked. Is the penalty for driving the same as if it were suspended? Or is it a felony to drive on a revoked license?

It depends on the reason it is revoked. In general the penalties are the same unless the revocation is for something like DUI manslaughter.
