Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was driving a suspended license due to a child support error stating i owed child support. i have a prior and a letter showing error in suspending my license. and i have gotten license reeinstated. i have a letter from dept of rev sating it was a error. my court date is comming up what should i expect

You have some good arguments but of course the issue is whether your license was actually suspended at the time. Do yourself a favor and hire a lawyer. The prosecutor is not going to want to talk to you but he will talk to your lawyer. Depending upon all of the details the lawyer may be able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the case.
