Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If i dropped my friend off at a store somewhere and left and they went and robbed somebody can i get introuble if the cops are asking how they got to the store? I had no idea what they were going to do. Where do I stand?

There is a very strong chance that you could be charged as a "principal" to that Robbery. A lot would depend on what your "friends" says when he/she is interviewed by the police.

The cops will probably charge anybody they can, just hoping to get somebody to snitch. If you didn't know anything about the robbery, and even if you did, a good criminal defense attorney can probably get you off, but he/she's got to know what they are doing.
