Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Drug, alcohol addicted, paranoid schzophrenic neighbor-no meds; threatens to kill us, but appears sane enough and stays just this side of breaking law, torments and traumatizes all of us neighbors daily, what can we do? Threatened to kill my young son.

You should go get an injunction immediately. If he has threatened you more than once and had the ability to carry it out, then you have grounds to get an injunction. Don't delay and don't underestimate his potential for violence.
