Drug case

Can you please tell me what the following means?:

1. What is a ''Production Order''?

2. How does a ''Speedy Trial'' work?

3. What does, ''Subject cannot file for final disposition on these charges under the agreement on detainers'' this mean?

The charge my friend has is Violation of Probation:

1. Two felony charges

2. Possession of cocaine, crack cocaine & marijuana

These charges are out of Broward Co., Fort Lauderdale, Fl. She's been convicted of drug charges in Ga., and has a ten year sentence she's currently serving. I'm trying to help her make sense of her situation because I have o clue.
