drug charge
i need to know what term principal means...the charge is trafficking in percocet(principal)& sales of oxtcodone(principal)

It means that you are the primary actor in the offense. In other words, the charges mean YOU are the one they allege was trafficking and selling, which is different, then say, them charging you as an accomplice. The charges allege that YOU are the main actor.
