Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Drug Charges
I am facing 59 months in prison for a 3rd degree felony drug charge. My juvenile record is being brought up in this case although it has nothing to do with drugs of any sort. I plead not guilty, but am willing to do anything from drug court to probation to stay out of prison. I have a child on the way and have changed my life around. What should I do to higher my chances of staying out of jail.

Drug Charges
Hire a great criminal defense lawyer who utilizes a private investigator. You may have a motion to suppress which may result in your charges being dropped.
