Drug charges

Yes, i am currently in jail on 2-counts of delivery and 2-counts possesion. The sherriff office issued a warrant out for my arrest on 7/11. I was arrested on 8/4/08 and released on bond on 8/11/08 rearrested on 8/13/08 for the drug charges. How is they say i sold to someone when they never arrested me, they also claim i made 2-seperate sales a month apart. Can you give some light on this?

I really can't answer without more information. Why were you arrested on 7/11? I'm guessing that was for the first set of drug charges? When you were rearrested on 8/13/08, what was the reason? Did they say that you were selling on 8/13, when you got picked up again? IF that is what they are claiming, and again, I'm just guessing because I don't have any way of knowing at this point, that would explain why they claim that you made 2 separate sales a month apart. 7/11 AND 8/13. Basically, the long and short of it is that we need more information regarding the facts surrounding your arrests on 7/11 and 8/13.

It is very common for the police to send in undercover offficers or informants to buy drugs from a seller sever al times before they make an arrest. They dont arrest on the spot so that the identity of the undercover officer is not known.
