Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am on drug offender probation for cocaine possession I have been 7 months and doing well going to school work going to see my drug counselor my psychology and psychiatrist however 2 days ago I receive a PTA traffic ticket for reckless driving this will be a violation of my probation? If the traffic ticket is dismiss or dropped on court date how a PO can violate me for that ticket?

It can definitely cause you to be violated. You need to talk to an attorney right away so as to protect yourself.
