drug posession

my 15 year old daughter got caught in scholl selling coceine, 15 4 worth of it she has been expelled, and were waiting for the problems to start, what should be our next step?

I would believe that you tell her not to speak with anyone about this case(even family)because there is no priviledge(like attorney client,etc). In short the state attorney could issue a subpoena to anyone and they would have to tell the whole truth. I would suggest you have her call me at my law firm as I am still working now. If you need to contact me immediately via e-mail do it now so I can speak with daughter as soon as possible.
