Drug Possesion

I got arrested for the 2nd time of poss. of marijuana under 20 and poss. of paraphenalia. The first one was expunged from my record, what am I looking at as far as punishment?

Probably a candidate for probation, hopefully not drug offender probation.

Big problem for you will be keeping your drivers license. If you get adjudicated you will loose your license for 2 years.

I agree with the previous attorney. Where I practice (in the Tampa Bay area), you would be looking at probation. You probably want to hire an attorney to try to save your driver's license. If you are in the Tampa Bay area, I can help you out.
