drug test results
Is it legal for an office worker in probation center to give out the drug test results over the phone to a unknown person of a person on probation?

Test results are never supposed to be given out to any unknown person or persons. This may have been a violation of your right to privacy.

I think it was bad procedure, but not against the law. The probation officer can put results in a violation affidavit which is public record, so I dontt hink he is breaking any law here.
