drug traffic, possesion and dwls habitual

my husband was charged with traffic of cocaine more than 28g less than 200, possesion of marijuana less than 20g and a habitual driving on suspended liscense 2nd time. what kind of sentence does this carry and is it possible for probation and will a public defender be enough?

trafficing in cocaine has a mandatory prison sentence. public defenders are provided for indigent people, not people who need less help. so if you can afford a lawyer, you must retain one

The drug possession/trafficing charge has mandatory minimum criminal prison sentences.(if convicted)If your husband was unlawfully stopped while driving it would be possible to suppress the drugs in the search of the car.This is a very serious matter if you want to discuss this matter with me e-mail your phone # and a time to call you or your husband.I have represented other clients in this type of case.
