drugs in car
if im in someone elses car and they find drugs under the passenger seat where im sitting and charge me with constructive possession am i able to beat this case in trial if i have no involvement with the drugs under my seat??

While no attorney can predict whether or not you will "beat your case" at trial, I would let you know that "constructive possession" cases are very difficult for the State of Florida to prove.
When I was an Assistant State Attorney in Clearwater, I personally prosecuted dozens of those cases with mostly mixed results.
