If you get pulled over and the police search your car, when you go to court don't they have to show waht they found in your car or can they just''say'' it was there?

If the case goes to trial, you will be entitled to view the evidence which will have to be produced at trial in order to get a conviction. In addition, your attorney can conduct discovery and ascertain what was found. The state must provide a lab report upon request.
