Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

dual probation

Currently have 2 parole officers inFlorida,one Federal,and one state.My prison term was concurrent for both cases.Can my state probation that expires one year prior to end of fed. probation be transferd to fed.,so I can have only one probation,if so who has to intiate this?,and what can I do ? have no way to pay legal fees.My cases are white collar crime,and first time ever arrested,52 years old.

I would ask your felony probation officer if he/she would accept monitoring your state probation. I dont think he/she would accept because it is added work if you violate for some reason. Are the conditions of both probations the same?
