My husband has received his 2nd DUI within 3 years. However the last one was in February and he still has not went to court, my question is what is the stsatue of limitations on this

Statute of limitations is really not the issue. Please call me if you arfe interested in representation as he is facing jail time here.

Since this is a second DUI within a 5 year period your husband is looking at mandatory jail time upon conviction. The statute of limitations will not bar the State from prosecuting this case at this point, and it is important your husband retains legal representation if he has not already done so.
