Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I had a DWI in New Jersey 29 years ago, hired a lawyer and he plead me guilty. why i do not know i was ery young thought the charges were dropped....now i had a incident in Florida it was Nolle prosequi .i can not get this expunged because Florida and New Jersey reciprocate can i get this sealed?

Unfortunately, once you are convicted of ANYTHING, at ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, then Florida will forever forbid you from getting a charge, even one that was dismissed, to get sealed or expunged.
