Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have two DWLS tickets inOrange Co. from 2006 that I never went to court for. Around the same time I had four convictions for DWLS in Seminole Co. that resulted in probation and a five year revocation. I have not driven since 2006, have completed probation, paid all my fines and completed all required schools. I plan to go to court next week to clear up the charges in OrangeCo. and then try to get at least a hardship license. My question is how likely is it that I will be sent to jail and will it be possible to withhold adjudication so that I wont have more convictions that will cause another revocation.

It is very likely that you will go to jail, if not prison. However, in order to mitigate that, go get your license reinstated. You are going to have to pay a fee, and they may end up taking it right back but it will increase your chances of success. In the meantime, get an attorney immediately.
