Early dismissal of probation
If you have completed all required classes, fines, community service, etc. , can you request that the balance of your probation be satisfied? I live out of state but am still required to travel each month to see a probation officer in the state where I was sentenced. I have done this for 2 years on a 3 year probation. Missing 3 days work each month and travel expenses are causing me hardship. Could I request a dismissal for the last year of probation?
