early term of probation

hello,yesterday i went before the judge to try to get early term on my probation,little did i know as a part of my plea deal,there would be no chance for early term.the judge told me to contact the state attorney in which i did,and they told me to contact my attorney that rpresented me 3 years ago,it got me nowhere,my question is,can this be overturned or is it set in stone,my charge was obtaining controlled substance by fraud,which was the first charge i have ever recieved.3 years probation and 6 months of treatment.i've done everything i was supposed to and had no idea about the no early term,is there any steps i can take to eliminate this and get off probation.
