Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
early termination of probation
Hello, I took an in court deal of three years probation with early termination and pay fees. The only reason I took the deal was because my Public Defender told me if I paid my fees in full, my probation would be terminated early as soon as I paid them. And Now I hear that I have to do atleast half of my probation time, befor I can terminate early. Can anyone pleeease help me? Thanks in advanced

Re: early termination of probation
Many Judges do require 1/2 of the probationary period to pass before asking for early termination. Contact your PD for further assistance.
