Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if no edvance
hello i just want to know if the state of florida didnt find any edvance at all.& the person has been in jail for 46 days. can the state still press charges?& if the lawyer is not doing anything & not telling the person who is in jail anything? can he get in trouble for that to?

Your opinion of no evidence and the state's opinion of no evidence may be different.The lawyer should communicate with the client but sometimes there is nothing to tell.

if they have not been arraigned within 30 days the attorney should have requested that the defendant be releases or at least have a bond set.
