Elements of simple assualt 784.011?

784.011. I have looked up the statute. It seems there is 5 parts that have to be met to satisfy being convicted of that statute. Well it is an ''And'' logic string of all or none. This should be cake to throw this out. I did not touch anybody. I am concentrating on wellfounded fear, intentional, by word or act to do violence, and imminent. There is so much doubt. I do not have any convictions for anything but stop sign violation. I plan on going to the law library and looking up some cases and legal terms soon. I will plead not guilty. I figure that if I do all the work for the public defender then he can take the credit for my research. I have figured out how to look up cases and such. Any replies and Advice would be much appreciated, you will get Karma points and a good spot in heaven. Thanks in advance.

Answering your question will not get anyone a better seat inside the pearly gates. If you are truly concerned about a proper defense to these criminal charges,the best advice would be for you to invest some real money in proper representation.
