eligibility for expunction?
i received a 'nolle pro' as disposition as intoxication in florida, then i have 2 Violations convictions (violations, not crimes, no criminal record) outside FLORIDA state.
am i eligible to expunge my record in florida? if so, how can i do so?

Re: eligibility for expunction?
If you've received a conviction for any other crime in any state, you are not eligible for sealing or expunction in Florida, even if your Florida arrest resulted in a nolle prosse by the prosecution.
