Employee stealing goods

We are a wholesale company, and we find out, but do not know who, has been shipping goods to address it may be a friend or relative, 14 packages, since Feb.2008 this year, what action should we take?

Notify the local authorities of the misappropriated items and request they open a case against the individuals at the address where the items were shipped. If this is in a different jurisdiction, it may take a collaborative effort on the part of the two separate law enforcement agencies. As a last result, you can hire a private investigator to find out the necessary information for you, which you can provide to the police.
