Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am an employer how had an employee steal something from a job site. Found out the following day he was arrested. Do i need a lawer for this and what is my responcabilty other than letting the indivual go.

You could hire a lawyer for this. However, if he was arrested, then you are entitled to restitution and, while it can sometimes be slow, you are more likely to receive your money. Talk to the state attorney about specifics of the value of the items taken and they can have the judge order that.
