Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If my former employers is claiming I took money but I have proof I wasnt the only person with access to computer system etc. and the owner and manager was committing fraud against customers as well as the owner knew the manager stole from him Should I hire an attorney or give the information I have to the detective threatening to press charges on me?

You need to hire an attorney because often when you give them "information" it will be used against you even if you are innocent. But with an attorney to give the information, nothing can be used against you.
