I have a third degree felony in the state of fl. I want to go to school and learn a trade. Any ideas? Scott

I really cannot say whether or not the charge will effect admission to a certian school. The only thought is if the school has to choose between you and another candidate who does not have a criminal conviction you can probably guess their choice.
You may be able to have your record sealed or expunged and then the school and a future employer will not see the charge.
