Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
endangering the welfare of a child
if you are charge with ''endangering...'' and the girl was already promiscuous. can that be used as an argument. reason the law states ''by engaging in a sexual act which would impair of debauch the morals of said child'' if her morals were already impaired how could there be a charge?
