Need a lot more context to properly answer your question. However, understand that in Florida there is no legal distinction for married, but separated, couples. So nothing changes the name. As far as the lover's triangle, would need a whole lot more facts to understand the nature of your question. You'd be best just to call an attorney if charges are, or may be about to be, pending.
