Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If i entered in a plea bargain to serve 145 days in countyjail and i almost been raoe, i had fight because ppl trying to kill me and i fear for my life, can i have my public defender put me back on calendar to finish my jail time on house arrest?

Your choice to not accept the 145 days and try for house arrest sounds like it may have passed. However, if you have not been sentenced, your PD may be able to negotiate something, but it is not likely since you did agree to it. Ask your PD if there is any chance.
