Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In Escambia county fl someone got arrested... Charges are:
Marijuana possession, drug equipment (weed pipe), destruction of evidence and 2 charges that say "generic statute code" any clue?

The clerks in different county's do different things. Therefore I would suggest contacting an attorney that Practice's in your area. I'm sure a quick phone call for something like this would Give you an answer. Alternatively you can just call the clerk but because it could be more serious I would suggest an attorney instead.
