Escort Agency escort money protection

1) I f a girl accepts money from an undercover officer after agreeing to a sex act for money and they tell the escort to frame the escort agency owner or go to jail. Is there something I could have had the girl sign when I hired her, which says if the money has been received by way of prostitution then if the owner accepts this money the transaction is cancelled. What can I do to protect myself from this?

Stop running an illegal escort business, where you take money from the girls that you KNOW are doing illegal acts... because there is no way to "contract out" of breaking the law. You either know what's going on.. and make money off of it, or you don't.
