Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
escort service and money laundering
If you have a escort service and you are charged with running it as a front for prostitution. Can you be charge with money laundering since now your once legit and legal business has been deemed illegal? Please not this is a question only I am not involved in this situation.

If there is evidence that the business is running illegally, yes, you can be charged. (Technically, you can be charged even if there isn't any evidence, but it would be very rare and very unethical, and I've never seen it happen.)
In all my years as a prosecutor and all my (even more) years as a defense attorney, I've never seen anything that even comes close to a "legitimate" escort service.
