Court reporting is contracted out to private companies. You have to find out who the court reporting company is by calling the clerk. Then call the court reporter and ask for an estimate of the cost of the transcript. Give them a money order for the estimate, and they will transcribe it for you. When they finish transcribing the transcript, they will tell you the exact cost, and you can pay the the exact cost or get a refund for the difference you paid, and they will give you the transcript.
