Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
ethics of situation
I lended ''HIM'' four thousand dollars over the last four years. His girlfriend stoled the only possesions of my recently.deceased mother. I could not legally prove it. I claimed falsely that she stoled a cheap ring. He Had no knowledge of situation. I was upfront with him whereby, he took this info to the state attorney. Prior, he said he did not know anything. I only wanted him to repeat his first claim as he made the thieft easy for her. I know I'm wrong but I feel he bears some responsilbity by allowing this person in our join housing. DK
