eviction...HELP
my mother was recently arrested for domestic violence. the judge ordered her to stay away from the home which she has lived for 10 yrs with the boyfriend. the boyfriend has now giving her an eviction notice for 7 days. does she have to get all of her stuff from the past 10 years in the next 7 days? she is not allowed there. what to do?

If she contacts the local police, they will have an officer make arrangements with her and the former boyfriend for a time to move her property out of the residence. Usually, at least one officer will accompany her to avoid any confrontation.
