Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If I have evidence that someone admitted being into pedophilia and talking about doing it. If I turn it in to the police would I have to testify? Because I don't want to because I'm afraid of this person.

It is always a possibility, but you can talk to the prosecutor about your fears and they can help you deal with this issues.

Possibly. We simply don’t know enough facts. “Being into pedophilia” is one thing, but acts that constitute a crime are another. You may have to testify if this person is charged with a crime but that really depends on specifically what, if anything, the facts are.
