The rules of evidence in Florida allows for the introduction of admissions by a party opponent. If you are a defendant in a criminal case ANYTHING you say may be used against you at trial so long as it's introduction as evidence conforms to the rules of evidence.
Another good reason to utilize your Right to REMAIN SILENT.
