No evidence
In a molestation case if there is no dna and no evedince to back up with and just a finger pointing is that enough to keep someone in jail?

No DNA does not mean that the state does not have case. Too many people, because of crime dramas, think that DNA is a prerequisite for the state to be able to prove a case. It isn�t. Additionally, �evidence� can come in many different forms. I would not imagine a judge holding a person in jail without any evidence.
