Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I need to know what the EXACT statutory definition of "Deadly Weapon" is in FL., but all the research that I complete turns up nothing concrete..can you help me with this?

There is no statutory definition. The definition is found in the Florida criminal jury instructions:
"A weapon is a 'deadly weapon' if it is any object that is used or threatened to be used in a way likely to produce death or great bodily harm."
